I had advised AGL in February 2018 that I will be vacating my unit on 8th May 2018. I was advised that my request was noted and staff at AGL would do the needful, and a "please dont worry and have a good day"
However I received a bill in April demanding that I need to pay an amount of $80.29 or else legal action will be taken..
I am dismayed at the inefficiency and audacity of this organisation.
I have already moved to another provider and received a much better deal.
