Some what perplexed. I queried an account after having solar fitted as AGL charged an estimate of usage not the correct figures as per old meters which were photographed and figures supplied by the electrician.
After many phone calls and no less than 4 bills including e-mail you acknowledged that you had over charged and corrected account was billed and paid.
Today I recieved an account in which you are charging me $84 to reread my meter and correct your error . Needless to say I refuse to pay this extra. It is a blatant ripoff.
If not resolved only course of action I have is to make a complaint to Ombudsman and highlight this sharp practice to publìc through social media.
As you accepted you overcharged and corrected a bit rich to then penalize me.
