Hello,

 

I recently signed up with AGL and i haven't been able to access My Account for the last few days.

 

Is the system down or is it just my account?

Welcome to the AGL Community!

 

If you've only just signed up to AGL, then there is a very good chance that we're still in the process of transferring your accounts over and setting things up. While this is going on, you'll have very little access to our online services.

Hey Jayden,

 

I have raised the issue with support twice now and have been told twice i would get a call back in 48hrs as it has been escalated but i still can't login my account and i haven't heard back from support.

 

Can you assist as i haven't been able to access my account for 2 weeks?

I can now login successfully after nearly three weeks!

 

Not sure why it wasn't working but the app also it working now.
