Can anyone explain as to why my account shows a 29KWh read for a day when we have never used any power ?
This really concerns me as when we finally do use some how would we know its correct without comparing the bill with the smart meter every single time ?.

I can understand your concern here!
Based on your meter reading, it's pretty clear that you haven't used any power at the property. I'd suggest that what you're seeing in your AGL My Account is a bad piece of estimated data which may be there for a few different reasons, however these issues tend to resolve themselves as your data is updated periodically.
If this issue doesn't resolve itself within the next few days, please let me know and I'll be happy to take a closer look at things.
