Slow Billing - why the wait - have smart meter - but not smart company

Have a smart meter.

Why does it take you two days to give me the meter reading from two days ago. My supply company gives it to me by midday on the same day.

 

Already know what my bill is going to be, you are going to get it wrong but it is in my favour.

 

Have a suite of programs that would assist your users in their management but no takers from either users or your company.

 

Will now try other Retailers but now they will have to pay me for the service.

 

The question is still "WHY WITH A SMART METER DO I HAVE TO WAIT TWO OR THREE DAYS TO GET A BILL" when, when I had a standard meter I got my bill the next day after the read.
