Okay so I had a default listed, which was then marked as paid by AGL, they withdrew the account, but left the default on my file. I re-paid the account as advised last Monday and was told when this occurred that by Friday the default would be removed. This was confirmed with me again on Tuesday.

Did a Credit Check on Friday, it's still there. 

I tried to call this morning 46 minutes later still on hold. I jumped on Chat, got the girl from last Tuesday who now says it could take 30 days to be removed and to contact Baycorp. hung up phone, called Baycorp. They have no record of the account.. Jumped back on chat, now going back and forth again and have been told to call. So I'm expected to sit around again for how long???

 

PLEASE HELP... I need the default at least marked as paid TODAy as we are applying for a home loan...
