Hi recently I got a letter stating that my AGL account was now cancelled. Said I was in credit. (I have changed to a different power company) I had rung AGL discussing refund she looked up my account and said I was more in credit than I thought. (originally thought it was 150ish but lady told me 440ish) I was slightly amazed. Anyway refund all sorted she wishes me all the best etc. I get a letter this morning (got refund 2 days ago) saying that I owe $289! Why wasn't I told that on the phone or in an email??
