I have an outstanding query re above account number. I have rung to discuss and resolve but a phone number is required to get through to AGL. You obviously have an old phone number of mine so I can't get past this point. Are you able to update you records to reflect this so I can speak with a real person and resolve my billing issue.
Unfortunately, we can cannot update your details through the AGL Community. However, you can update your contact information online using your AGL My Account. Alternatively, you can also get in touch with our friendly web chat here to update this information, keeping in mind that you can pass our ID check using details other than your mobile number.
