I want to e-mail someone from AGL about changing my bills from monthly to quarterly. Which I have done previously but they have just started monthly without any communication.
I don't want to spend time waiting on the phone.
Why don't you have an e-mail contact for AGL people I don't want to talk to the "COMMUNITY"!

I do not want monthly bills. I have followed the AGL instructions to keep them quarterly, but i don’t get anywhere & seem to be going round in circles. Nowhere am I given a choice to select.
i am not on unsocial media, but we are not given an email option either. Not very user-friendly. 😞
