I posted to the community by name (jyheo56) - 24. April 2017, but I do not have any resolvable action.
The electricity bill period of our house is from 9th month to 8th of next month.
I suggest. On the morning of the 9th of this month, I and the agl staff are going to check the meter.
If we check it like this for about 3 months, the exact monthly usage will be calculated.
Can you do that?
If you can not do that, I will take a picture of the meter at 10 am on May 9th of this month alone and take a picture again at 10 am on June 8th of next month and send it to agl.
I want you to decide what to do and get in touch as soon as possible.
