Good morning, I saw now that I payed 2 times the same bill. I payed yesterday again because on my account there was no payment. I did the screenshot too so what I have to do? Thank you so much for the replay

If you've paid your account twice then you'll need to contact our customer service team to arrange a refund.You can get in touch with them via web chat here!
I recommend waiting 24-48 hours before contacting us to ensure that your payment has cleared against your AGL account.
