How can I claim hardship payments please? Tried to ring but ran out of credit on my phone. Really dont want it cut off if possible been with agl for years and love the service.

You can now request a payment extension online through My Account or see if you are eligible for concessions, rebates or grants. See this article for more information.

hi I need to extend my account bill I have a bill of $293 after payments in October but want to up my payments to $50 fortnightly until I pay off account
