Hi, I’ve just received my latest bill (after having to follow up on it, as it wasn’t issued automatically like normal). The bill that has been sent to me today (due to be paid 7 May) does not have the pay on time discount that is usually on there. Please note: This bill is still not showing in the AGL app either.
Please can you advise?
