I’ve been an AGL customer for years and I have my gas and electricity with you. I’ve always paid my AGL bills on time, but for this bill I absolutely forgot to pay on the due date. My electricity bill was due on the 6th of Feb and I payed it this morning via bpay.
Am I still entitled to the discount that I get on my bill?
If your account is paid after the due date, even by one day, our system will always expect that the full amount be paid as opposed to the discounted amount. However, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way!
