We paid our account a day before it was due for payment , ( due 8 Sept/ paid in full 7 Sept) Now, 2 days later have had the same account sent in email with payment due on the 28 Sep.
Aside from the App not giving useage since 19th August and when I went to 'Chat' with AGL agent, it wouldn't let me see what I was typing until I sent it....I'm pretty fed up with this whole thing!
Why can't I as an older person just talk with someone on a phone????
