I just got my Gas bill today and it seems exaggerated considering my whole family has been away for the last couple of months.
I am sure I have not consumed that much gas compared to last quarter, considering I was the only user and I am not home during the day and do not consume much gas when I am home (i.e. I don't cook daily).
I see that the gas bill is estimated based on my last bill. Not sure how to rectify this.
If your bill has been estimated, then we'll simply ask you to provide us with a current meter reading so that we can sort this out! You can do this using your AGL My Account. Please find more information here: How do I submit a meter read using My Account?
