For more than a year now I have had no visible data on my solar via AGL IQ, I was also advised that my inverter was going to be replaced a few months after the solar install 2.5 years ago, however, as yet nothing has been actioned.
I have found that the AGL solar sales and support team to have been horrid to deal with and I completely regret having an AGL install because of this and the lack of information your “real time” sits is meant to show.
It's very disheartening to hear that you've been left to regret your choice in purchasing your solar system through AGL and that our online services have been letting you down.
