Hello  just got message to say that a bill has come through but I thought that I had set up direct debit

Thank you for reaching out to us about your account. Normally speaking, you will receive notification that your bill has arrived whether on direct debit or not. Our service team will be able to confirm this for you, you can talk to them right here. We look forward to hearing from you.
