Hi, 

Has anyone already paid your bills but it isn't updated on My Account folder?

I have currently made a payment for my electricity bill and have been waiting 2-3 mins for the payment to be updated or actually said the payment is successful. I reloaded the website as I couldn't wait for any longer and the payment page appeared exactly as when I haven't made any payment while I checked my internet banking and the payment is already made, my money was taken already.

 

Just wanna get my online receipt if possible please.

Welcome to the AGL Community!

 

After processing a payment, this typically takes 24-48 hours to transfer from your bank to ours and to then by applied to your AGL account. With this in mind, you should not expect to see your online account balance update until 2-3 days after your payment has been made.
