Off peak charged at Peak rates for last 15 years, no refund yet given

An investigation has shown that since 2005 my mother in laws off peak hot water system was charged at peak rates. AGL was the provider for most of that time. AGL have not offered or given a refund yet. She was charged more than double what the cost should have been. This happened since 2005. They set the computer so that her off peak meter and peak meter both charged at peak rates. She is owed thousands of dollars. No refund has yet been made. How many others are being charged peak rates instead of off peak. SA Power Networks have admitted they are part of the problem. But AGL have not offered the money back yet for when she was overcharged during the last 15 years. Account 8205 5518
