My account shows payment overdue. However, I have paid weeks before due time. It's not my first time to pay, so I am sure the payment information is right. I have the receipt for the payment, indicating payment time and value.

If you have a receipt for your payment, and assuming you haven't been receiving reminders this bill, it's very likely that there is simply a delay in your online details updating. If you'd like us to double check this, please feel free to send me a private message with your AGL account number!
Called you service team and was told my account is in credit by 14 dollars. How can I have my account say overdue by 7 days and requesting please pay the credit amount. I think you have a serious systems issue here. Hope this doesn’t effect my credit rating?
