well, it is now 10/7/2018 and I just spoke to one of AGL's consultant who reassured me that this is uue is now resolved. I have tried to log in but still unsuccessful. It is very disappointing to say the least.
Please get this fixed once and for all.

Thank you for your reply. I can now say that after a long time it has finally been resolved and the issue was the account number which was missing . Claire kindly attended to this matter and it is now fully functional.
