Moving Home / Direct Debit Discount

I recently moved home, and subsequently was moved to a different account with AGL (gas & electricity) when this was processed.

 

The first bill did not have the Direct Debit discount applied from the previous account. Is this normal?

If your direct debit discount does not appear on the second page of your bill under the 'Credits' heading, then it's important that you get in touch with our web chat team here to get this sorted out.
