We have moved here on Feb 14th this year. Connection arranged before we moved from our old place, so all went ok. But it's been three months already and I still haven't received my electricity bill. Eveytime I logged into my AGL account, it kept telling me, "account setting up, and will be available to view soon". Can you please look into that and let me know on email@example.com
First bills can on occasion take up to three and a half months to reach you, however if you'd like us to check in on this our customer service team will be more than happy to take a look at things for you. You can reach out to them here!
