I moved into a new apartment 7 months ago. At the time I opened an electricity and gas account with AGL. To date, I'm still waiting activation of my gas account and as such have not received a gas bill yet.
I've phoned the service help line multiple times, upon which the consultants assured me every time that my account would be activated shortly. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue, as I see many others have been faced with this exact same issue in the past.
