My online account has not loaded for over a week. I have cleared cache etc. Need live chat, but it does not appear to be available. How do I contact AGL?

If you're having trouble accessing live chat or phone support, a good alternative is to log in to your My Account and click the "Message Us" button. Messaging responses aren't immediate like a live chat, but they're a reliable way to get in touch and resolve any issues.
Thank you David for your response. Your suggestion to access My Account would not work due to the fact that I could not login to my account. The problem, I happily report is now resolved, although I have had no contact with AGL apart from this forum.
