Incorrectly charged electricity

Hi,
I moved to another house last May, and electricity bills were levied on both the old and the current house. It's automatic debit, so when I check it, the electricity bills of $98.56 and $332.43 that I didn't use have been paid. I want to get back on this. Please check.
