Incorrect meter read despite meter replacement

I've been getting an estimated read for every single bill even though a meter reader comes to take a read every quarter. I've tried to resolve this issue multiple times but was told my meter was faulty. It was replaced two months ago and the technician said the old meter was indeed working fine.

 

The new gas meter is showing on my latest bill but I still got an ESTIMATED reading for my old meter... Why am I still getting an estimated read even though you have the ACTUAL final reading?? This is so frustrating as I thought AGL would automatically adjust the billing once the meter was replaced.
