Incorrect meter number, thus incorrect billing

I am the proerty manager for Bourke Street Surry Hills NSW

Last week I was advised that there were errors on to premises at this building and I have not received a response as was told 72 hours.

Other issue has arisen.

See account number 7055 XXX XXX in the name Of Massage and Beauty on Bourke. A recent bill to this address refers to Meter numbers 731XXX. Those meter are for the Houselights and were addressed to mann Property Services. I did not authorise the change.

Massage on Bourke have received another bill for account number 7055 XXX XXX for meter numbers 12XXX, 12XXX, 12XXX which are not at this property. The correct numbers are UPE 012XXX and UPE 012XXX.

Meter Number UPE 012XXX should be addressed to Mann Property Services.
