I cancelled my bill smoothing because I couldn't for the life of me see exactly what my actual account balance was. Now "my account" says I'm in credit, but the email received from AGL says I owe over $100. I have no idea what is correct! I'm now considering going to a different supplier as this is beyond a joke.
