The bill is currently under my name, is it possible to add my husband's name on the bill. He needs a utility bill for purchasing a new car. If not possible, how to change my account to his name without new connection fee.
We only allow one name on our bills. If you'd like to change one or both of your accounts to your husbands name, then I suggest you contact our customer service team (web chat here) and request a 'backdated move in' from the last meter reading date. This will move the accounts into your Husbands name as of the date your meter was last read in the past which will avoid any additional connection/meter reading fees!
