If you've accidentally paid your bill twice, then you'll simply need to contact our customer service team to request a refund of the over payment. You can find ways to get in touch with them here.
My bill was Direct debited twice as well! on the same day. Can I just keep it as credited on my account and then hopefully not have anything to pay on the next bill?
