Hi , AGL is charging me for the gas meter that is not actually not mine. The second concern is that when I signed with them they give me 24% discount but now they are only giving me 2.5% discount. Now I just want to know that are they going to fix it or do I have to lodge a complaint with energy ombudsman nsw. Thank you
