I cannot access live chat - requesting for actual meter reading

Hi, I can't seem to access live chat from your website. There is no link and not responsive. 

I would like to request for actual meter reading during business hours. Could you please help to assist?

Also, i tried to email customerreads@agl.com but i receive a email deliverable failure.
