Huge Electricity Bill

I just received a $6,300 electricity bill. My bills have been estimated for quite a while and I have called AGL and explained how to gain access on a number of occasions. Approximately 3 - 4 bills ago I met one AGL worker out the front and showed her where my meter was and talked to her while she read the meter and yet my bill still came in as an estimate. Now this huge bill has arrived as an estimate. This new estimate is close to the actual reading but all the others were so wrong. I am annoyed that they keep estimating when I gave access and watched them read my meter and now have this bill that I can not possibly pay and have been advised that I can not receive any sort of discount but can make a payment arrangement. I am struggling to pay the bills i currently have let alone pay this astronomical bill.
