We have recently notified AGL that we are switching suppliers and received our account last week which states Read Type “Actual”
Today I received our final account exactly a week after the last “Actual Read” account and it is for a lesser amount and again it states Read Type “Actual” and obviously the meter end read is less than the actual read of one week earlier.
I'd recommend that you start by double-checking the billing periods listed on these bills. If you've recently transferred out of AGL then you may find that the more recent of the two bills covers a similar period as the original bill. If this is the case then the more recent of the two bills would be a corrected copy of your final bill.
