Flybuys linked to AGL - No Confirmation

Hi,

 

I went through the process of linking my Flybuys card with my AGL account.

 

I was advised that it would be completed soon, but I haven't received confirmation that it's been done.

 

How can I be sure it's linked?

 

When can I expect to see the points earned for my last payment?

Welcome to the AGL Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear about the lack of confirmation on our end. The quickest way for you to check this is as follows:

  1. Log into your AGL My Account.
  2. Navigate to the 'Rewards' tab.
  3. Towards the bottom of the screen, you'll either see the balance of Flybuys points you've accrued to date or be prompted to link your card.
  4. If you see your balance of points accrued to date, then this indicates that your card has been linked.

Thank you for your reply.

 

I've followed your steps, but on the Rewards tab I don't see the Flybuys point balance or a prompt or button to link my card.

 

Is this a sign that the request is still being processed?
