i did not receive my first electricirty bill since switching (via paper or email)but I have reeived a disconnection notice this motrning to my email.
I did not even receive my bill. I called the contact centre and they sais it was sent out in September but the only email I got from AGL was a Welcome email.
This means I have been charged extra already due to late payment. I would like to escalate this problem as I do not believe I received my first bill. I checked junk folder and nothing there either...

Hi Jaydeny. I have a massive issue with agl. I have complained have tried to get the bill reduced ECT and no one will listen to me which is making me want to switch retailers!
Our first bill was $1448 which is massive. I have spoken with agl to have the bill reduced due to the fact either they started The Meyer read from the precious tenants or there was an issue with billing. So far with 51 days remaining our bill is only $396 which is a massive reduction amount with no change to our previous bill. My partner is a war veteran and I'm on a pension and would like our bill rectified as this is ridiculous
