Unable to enter a metre reading. I have successfully entered a metre reading twice before but now I can't get the screen to even load

Thanks for reaching out to us with your enquiry!
You may be having this issue if you've entered too many reads within a short period of time.
If you've entered an incorrect read, you can either provide an updated read through our webchat channel here or you can even send a picture of your meter directly through to us at customerreads@agl.com.au

You can submit your own meter reading on your AGL My Account here or you can email a photo of your meter reading to CustomerReads@agl.com.au.
