I can see same payment was claimed from my A/C twice. I have given a screenshot herewith.

Please provide me justification and make necessary arrangement for reimbursement of this transaction ASAP.

Hi 

Thanks for your mail. I could not send mail as I did not find any mail address there. Would you please help me to get a mail address? Phone call takes lot of time to get response which I do not want to.
