Electricity Bill

I did not recieve my last quarter bill for electricity, however being annal about my bills due to being a single women.  I made progress payments working from previous bills, and now all of a sudden this quarter bill has arrived and OMG it is almost DOUBLE.  How am I going to pay this as I am only on casual wage

I RECEIVED ELLECTRICAL BILL ON OCT 24 FOR $607.15 WHICH I PAID.AND I RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL FOR $600.15 FOR DUE NOVEMBER 14 .

PLEASE CLARIFY.

BOTH BILLS ARE FOR ELECTRITY AND FOR ADDRESS 14 HOPETOUN AVENUE MOSMAN HSW 2088
