The account number you've provided is an "Energy Consumer" account. This is a generic account that is created when AGL is still billing the property and we don't have a anyone taking responsibility of the account. If you have an account with Red Energy, please get in touch with them to confirm if they have your account set up correctly. You can this by checking your meter details matching what they have on file for you.
