Don’t understand my bill

Hi there,

i have been providing the reading of

my Meter every month but it seems that there is an issue today.

it is saying that I am overdue by $1.33 

 but when I try to pay it doesn’t allow me to do it.

i was wondering if you could take a look at what I actually owe you. 
thank you 

ps. The actual reading on my meter is 009299

Thanks for being apart of the AGL Community!

 

We can not accept payments of less than $10.00, which is why the system won't allow you to make a payment. It will just be rolled over to the next bill and you will not receive any late payment fees for it.
