Daily repeat of bill with new "Direct Debit date"

For the first time I have been getting daily emails of my current bill with a new Direct debit date.

This has been happening for about two weeks.

As this is probably an automated process I am worried about possible multiple Direct debits.

I have spoken to AGL yesterday and suggested it was a glitch, they said they would fix, but it is still there today.

Has anyone else experienced this anomaly?

By "get in touch via Messenger" I assume you mean the 'chat' thing?

@ozdroggy , yes, if you log into your My Account page, you'll see a Message Us button.

I have "Messaged" and phoned and am still getting daily repeats of my current bill with a new Direct Debit Date.each day.
