Credit not received

Hello AGL,

 

I have talked one of AGL staff on the phone and found promotion around August this year.

Online register for pdf bills and direct debit to get $50 credit for each electricity and gas (so total $100), no rate change from current at that time, no lockup period.

 

I have done this sometime in August. (I cannot get promotion through the phone, the staff said. So I did online).

 

I start to see already changed to direct debit for both gas and electricity since September.

But I have not seen credits into my account yet.

 

Let me know when it will appear on my account.

We encourage you double check all of the bills you've received since you agreed to this new discount plan. If your contract stated you would receive a $50 credit on your next bill(s), this will appear in the 'Credits' section on the second page of your bill.
