Was paying 148 pm for more than 6 months. 164 was deducted additionally in oct which has now being acknowledged as an error....also an incorrect entry by call centre agent meant i got 2 threatening letters saying i have not paid money whereas agl owed me money...

 

bill smoothening amount has now been reduced to 104???

 

Still not sure how much was i consuming and what will happen to the extea $$ i have paid????

 

Very confused and a little wary??,,
