Hi there,

I'm confused about something in my account.

I have rent an apartment since 22 Feb his year. But I forgot to apply my electricity plan when I apply my gas plan at the end of this February. However, when I moved into my new apt, it had electricity.

I applied a new electricity plan just now. And I have no idea where can I pay for the electricity bill of the past 50 days.
