We recently had AGL complete a scope of works at our place to convert the power supply from 1 unit to 2 units on the block. I paid up front to have these works completed, but on my most recent bill I received a $544.76 charge for "Meter Test Configure - DR". I rang the AGL help line but your operator could not explain what the charge related to, or whether it was part of the scope of works paid for separately.
Could you please explain what this charge relates to.
This fee displayed on your bill of $544.76 (or $599.26 incl GST) likely relates to a standard Supply Alteration job ($369.82) plus an additional 45 minutes labour ($229.44) completed by United Energy. Unfortunately AGL are unable to tell you exactly what work United Energy completed at your property on this day, however you can confirm this by contacting United Energy on 1300 131 689.
