I can't log into my online account. Every time I try it says web page has crashed. I did ring up few days ago about another matter and the person I spoke to offered me a discount but changed my plan on me (which he assured me he wasn't doing until the plan confirmation was emailed to me), which I then had to call and have it changed back to the original plan I was on, if that has anything to do with it?
It's unlikely that a change in your discount will have an impact on your ability to log in online.
