Can't login to account online or app - account already verified

I keep encountering the same problem when I try to login to my account. 

 

Email entered - tick

Verification code entered - tick

Account number entered - this is where I have an issue.  It keeps telling me that the account is already registred.  Yes, it is.  I just want to login, but the login page keeps sending me around in circles and leading me to a registration that I've already completed.

 

Any help would be great.  Thanks.

It's sounds as though you may need to clear your cache. If you're not sure how to do that, you can find instructions for your browser here! Please note that our online services are currently inactive due to some scheduled maintenance, but they'll be up and running soon.
